From Mint Gold Dust a new innovative NFT Art platform.

Bard Ionson approaches his art with the inner drive of an artist equipped with the raw skill of a computer hacker.  An experienced programmer, he trains AI with thousands of images, creates complex models and schema to manipulate his images, incorporates viewer-participation through micro-payments and utility and, like a modern day Da Vinci and his cryptex, Bard embeds hidden messages within his art for those with the skill and drive to find them. 

Bard is one of Mint Gold Dust’s eight Genesis artists who are each in the process of creating digital art pieces centered around the theme of ‘gold dust’

Recently I was accepted to a new NFT art platform called Mint Gold Dust. Its meaning comes from the founder Kelly LeValley Hunt who at an antiques auction saw old bags being sold for excessive amounts of money. She learned that they were once used to carry gold and now the weave of the bags was full of gold dust. The founders explain it on the first Mint Gold Dust Podcast.

I am featured on the fifth episode where I talk about my practice, how I became and artist, my future epic art installation project and what mint gold dust means to me.
